Our Micro-Wedding Coordination service is perfect for couples who have adjusted their plans and wish to celebrate with close family and friends. We take your grand wedding vision and beautifully adapt it to a smaller scale, ensuring a memorable and personal celebration.
We will handle all the final details, adding our creative finishing touches to make your day perfect.

Elopement Coordination Experience
Have you had to cancel or change your plans completely? Do you want to forego the big wedding and focus on just you and your partner?
We work together to focus on the location, the scenery, and the love that exists between you. This is the perfect service for couples who are a bit more adventurous, want something outside the box, or have had to change their plans, and just want to tie the knot with close family. This service is only available for guest counts of 15 or less.
Here’s what this experience includes:

Schedule and secure the date and time for the wedding ceremony at City Hall..

Coordinate with the jeweler to pick up the wedding rings.

Ensure safe and timely delivery of the rings to the couple or the ceremony location.

Source and select fresh flowers or artificial flowers according to the couple's preferences.

Arrange for the bouquet and boutonniere, as well as any additional floral decorations.

Work closely with a florist to design and create floral arrangements that match the couple's vision.

Ensure that the floral arrangements are delivered and set up at the ceremony and reception locations.

Ensure the dress is delivered safely and on time for the bride to get ready.

Plan and execute the table decorations at the chosen venue for the reception.

Set up centerpieces, place settings, and any additional decor to create a beautiful and cohesive look.

Liaise with the caterer to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Arrange seating plans, menu selections, and any special requests from the couple.

Manage the timing of the reception events, such as speeches and the meal service.

Oversee the breakdown and cleanup of the ceremony and reception sites after the event.
